About this policy
HL7 Australia Ltd, ABN 37 629 010 297, (“HL7 Australia”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is
committed to best practice in the protection of personal information and are bound by the
Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”). This Privacy Policy outlines our policies in relation
to management of personal information as required by the Privacy Act.
Our specific legal obligations when collecting and handling your personal information are
outlined in the Privacy Act and in particular in the Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”)
found in that Act. We will update this privacy policy when our information handling
practices change. Updates will be published on our website.
When sending commercial electronic messages, we also comply with the Spam Act 2003
(Cth).
