As the number of candidates nominated (3) is less than the number of vacant positions to be filled (4), the Board has decided to issue this notice (‘Supplementary Call Notice’) under Bylaw 5.7.1 seeking further eligible candidates to nominate for election as directors of HL7 Australia. Any further candidates validly nominated in accordance with this Supplementary Call Notice will be eligible for election alongside the Initial Candidates and, if this results in there being more than four candidates, an election will be conducted using an online electronic balloting system.
