Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, participant should be able to:
- Navigate the FHIR specification and explain how it is organised
- Create, retrieve and update resources on a FHIR server
- Complete simple searches with sorting and paging
- Using terminology operations to find and validate codes
- Validate a resource, diagnose, and fix validation errors

For those those that are CHIA registered, there are a number of ways to earn continuing professional development (CPD) points towards your CHIA recertification.
Completing the in-person FHIR Fundamentals for Australian Developers Course will earn you 14 CDP points.
Completing the virtual FHIR Fundamentals for Australian Developers Course will earn you 12 CDP points.
